How does Salt Lamp work?
Salt lamps emits negative ions when the heat produced from the lamp breaks down Na CL Sodium Chloride in a process called ionization. |

What comes with my purchase?
Each Salt lamp comes with a UL certified cable. Each lamp has a high quality polished wooden base with steel screws attached on the bottom of the lamp. Our easy to assemble plate is attached on the opening of the wooden base. This allows customers to change the bulb easily without opening the wooden base and this also prevents the bulb and cable from falling out of the lamp. Lamps do not come with the light bulbs. You can use 5-25 watts bulb which are available at any hardware or lighting stores like Home Depot, Lowes and even dollar stores. |

I want to buy in bulk?
Look into our wholesale link and select the product size and quantity you want and simply send us an e-mail with desired product quantity, size and your shipping address. We will then send you a invoice. Once order has been confirmed we can discuss the payment method. We work very closely with our clients to make sure that they get the best price and quality. We will meet any advertised priced. |

What is shipping charge for online order?
Shipping price is already included in the price of the lamp. so you do not have to pay extra for the shipping and handling. Sometimes we might have to charge customers extra money due to the fact that not all the destinations have the same shipping cost. Florida , Alaska and some other states might have to pay extra money for Package deal items e.g set of 2 or 6 lamps. Most of the products can be shipped without any extra cost to all the destinations in Usa. Wholesale price does not include shipping cost. Contact us for shipping estimates. We are flexible and will work with the buyer if they want to use a different shipping company. We will even price shop for the lowest shipping price from different carriers. |

Salt Lamp World offer 15 days money back gurantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund you the product price. But customer has to pay for the shipping cost. You will take leadership to design the attractive content-rich travel portal for your city. |

What are the payment options?
You can use Paypal shopping cart to pay for the products. If you don not have Paypal account. then you can send us Cashiers Check or Money Order along with the product name and the quantity you are looking for. We prefer not to accept personal checks but exceptions can be made. In case of personal checks, product will be shipped once check has been cleared. This might delay the process.

What is the shipping charge for Wholesale?
Once order has been confirmed we will work closely with the buyer to get quotation from shipping companies. If customer wants to use their trusted carrier we will use them instead. We work very hard to make sure that our clients are completely satisfied.
Policy on Refunds and Returns:
Customer can return the items in case of damaged goods or dissatisfaction of any kind. Customer will get a same product replacement or credit toward the next purchase of equal value.
For refund on the purchase item Customer will get a full refund less shipping fees for items returned within 10 days of receipt. If you purchased merchandise with free shipping, the refund amount will be less 30% of the merchandise value. Salt Lamp For Less will not refund any shipping charges.
For Exchange of a product customer will be responsible for sending the product back and will be responsible for any charges associated with it. Customer has to pay shipping cost for sending a replacement product.
Returns will not be accepted if sent back without the approval of the Salt Lamp For Less. Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods and reserves the option of method of refund.
